Reporting to the Finance Reporting & Analysis Manager, this position will have the main responsibility of completing AFS templates for all entities being audited and liaison with all external auditors and providing them with source documentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing the AFS templates for all entities being audited (7 entities)
Assisting with the liaison with external auditors and providing them with source documentation and analysis as needed during the annual audits.
Setting up of excel templates for audit queries/reconciliations for current and future audits.
Assisting with the audit co-ordination in collaboration with the rest of the R2R team
Contributing to resolving audit issues.
Preparing the Orbis audit consolidation pack with related journal entries for AFS compilation
Assisting with the completion of OUPSA pack for audit.
Assisting with the various entity tax computations.
Drawing up Annual Financial Statements and/or provide service providers with the necessary information to complete Annual Financial Statements

The successful applicant will need:

Basic Financial Accounting understanding and 3 years’ experience within a financial environment
A National Diploma in Accounting
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
An ability to operate on the SAP system
Possess skills of high attention to detail, good analytical skills and the ability to multitask
Working knowledge of audit preparation.
