False Bay TVET College has six well-resourced campuses in the Cape Peninsula. RESPONSIBILITIES
•Monitor, manage and report on progress of assigned projects
•Ensure that projects are completed within time, budget and quality
•Assess and validate payment certificates
•Ensure that the conditions of contract are implemented and project operates within OHS regulations

REQUIREMENTS
•Appropriate Bachelor’s/National Diploma (NQF L6/7) or equivalent qualification specializing in construction
•At least 3 years’ experience in managing construction projects
•Knowledge of procurement processes
•A driver’s license

RECOMMENDATIONS
•A post graduate qualification
•Strong knowledge and expertise in using modern information and communication technologies to projects
•Risk management experience in project management
•Proficiency in analysing & solving problems related to projects
