Introduction
The diagnostic network optimization is an activity that intents to reshape the diagnostic network structure to improve access, capitalize on impact, and create efficiencies in the existing testing system.
To aligns testing needs and capacity in the most cost-effective way by defining the optimal instruments combination from the existing available platforms, identifying the most suitable locations where instruments should be placed, and work out the referral network linkages across that newly optimized network.

Computer literate (MS applications, Laboratory Information System, etc).e Should be able to write and speak English, good communication skills, management and supervisory skills, interpersonal skills, project management skills (added advantage), deductive reasoning abilities, conflict resolution and problem solving skills, leadership ability, coordination and time management skills, analytical skills, good judgement and decision making ability.
Personality traits: Assertive, emotionally mature, able to work under pressure and independently, flexible, meticulous.
Requirements
Accredited Diploma or B degree in Biomedical Technology / Science or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the Health Professionals Council of Namibia.
Minimum of 4 years' relevant post-graduate experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
