To assist the business with identifying and managing operational risk; and provide expertise in the identification, planning and coordination of challenges in terms of business processes, projects and programmes within NIP to ensure continuous improvement acts as a key driver of measurable outcome. The incumbent reports and works closely with the Manager: Process Analysis and Business Improvement by providing support in pursuit of aligning business processes, risks and opportunities with the business need of NIP.

Outstanding computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, BPM software solutions/methodologies and other Microsoft Office Suite.
An accredited Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
A Professional Qualification/Certification in Risk Management, Business Analysis or Business Process Management will be an added advantage.
At least 4 years’ work progressive experience in a similar role. Working experience within an ERM/Risk management or business analysis or business processes improvement environment is a must.
