BDO South Africa has a vacancy for a National Marketing Coordinator in our Marketing Division , this position can be based in any one of our offices in South Africa so candidates from all regions are encouraged to apply.

The National Marketing Coordinator positions the BDO brand with its target audiences, assisting regions and service lines to help BDO achieve its growth objectives.

Specification
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, they will inter alia be responsible for:
•Regional and service line marketing: Working with the national brand marketing team, regional offices, and service lines to:
oTake marketing and communication briefs from the regions and service lines to advise these teams and, where required, develop marketing plans to support their business objectives
oLiaise with national brand marketing team and sector marketing teams to ensure alignment
oExecute elements of the plan, working with the regional offices and the national brand marketing team, including the National Events Coordinator or guiding the region or service line on their own event
•Brand
oAssisting the national Marketing team with implementing the brand marketing strategy encompassing PR/media, advertising, events, sponsorships and exhibitions, content development for various channels, briefing social media campaigns, video content, research. Integration of respective marketing campaigns, processes and procedures to ensure delivery of the highest quality service to the business.
oEnsuring alignment and consistency of regional and service line activations with the brand marketing strategy, and ensuring all branded elements adhere to Global CVI guidelines
•PR and communication - assisting with PR and content for regions and service lines – traditional media, digital and social channels, website
Requirements
Qualifications, Work Experience and Knowledge:
•BA/BCom in Marketing Communications/Public Relations/Corporate Communication
•Business writing course
•Project management
•3-5 years’ marketing experience in a professional services firm or a marketing agency
•Knowledge of digital marketing and how a 360-degree marketing campaign should come together
•Knowledge of CRM systems and their use within marketing
•Knowledge of Microsoft Teams/Office 365 helpful
