BDO is looking for an IT Administrator for our Johannesburg Office. If you are certified and have demonstrated experience in IT administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment where holistic thinking and a client centric problem solving approach is key, this is the role for you.
The IT Administrator will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and data security systems. The administrator will ensure that the internal IT structure of the firm remains up to date.

The successful incumbent will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.

Principle Outcomes:
•Upgrading and installing hardware and software
•Performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues
•Maintaining our networks and servers.

The IT Administrator is responsible for:
•Deliver services and support in line with the defined National ICT service catalogue.
•Solve complex end-user related Incidents.
•Ensure Service Delivery within SLA criteria, to resolve and escalate where required.
•Document technical knowledge articles
•Ensure all business requests are delivered in the most effective way (reduction in incidents/rework)
•Continuous improvement to meet the level of required efficiencies and agreed SLA (processes, systems, delivery)
•Perform Proactive end-user machine maintenance
•Effective administration of incidents, requests and problem related requirements
Requirements
Qualifications:
•Grade 12
•A+, N+, Server+, ITIL V3
•NQF Level 6 IT related
•MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server(advantageous)

Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years in a Corporate IT team providing end-user support
