Servicing of customers and business partners through handling administration of all vehicles in storage in the most cost-effective and efficient way.
Ensure accuracy of vehicles booked into storage facilities with valid checklists and processes. Effectively schedule and track all processes of all vehicles in storage. Track all stored vehicles in order to ensure efficient storage space and timeous despatch of all vehicles to business partners within specific time frames.
Obtain, record and capture accurate and sufficient information and making it easily accessible to our internal customers.
Operations Management and Compliance
Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Client & Customer Management (External)
Respond professionally to customer complaints and queries within agreed timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in all interactions, striving to achieve first contact resolution.
Client & Customer Management (Internal)
Help manage internal client relationships by carrying out simple procedural tasks.
Occupational Health and Safety
Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of oneself and others.
Work Scheduling and Allocation
Work according to an assigned schedule.
Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent
Valid Forklift license ( advantageous )
Sound experience and understanding of vehicle warehousing administrative procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
