Specification
To increase GCRS sales and profitability through the minimization of trade downs and drops; up-selling new and existing products and building ongoing strong relationships with customers and Regional Sales Agents. Possess a strong knowledge of all products, devices, systems and processes to support GCRS merchants, internal staff and Regional Agents
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximize customer retention
Daily monitoring of merchant sales and remedy thereof to minimize trade downs and drop offs
Ensure merchant complaints or requests are allocated to the correct department for resolution
Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly customer retention report

Grow existing customer profitability
Compile Daily Sales Reports on store performance to include trade down and drop offs,
Identify merchants for cross selling opportunities and up-sell new products to merchants
Identify merchants that are under-performing in existing product categories and up-sell those product categories
Provide training and product information to merchants
Reduce number of “shared with competitors” merchants
Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly product penetration and performance report
ADHOC outbound campaigns
Drive conversion of touchscreen technology to android technology

Optimize Merchants On-boarding Experience
Assist with loading new merchant agreements
Compilation and distribution of Welcome Packs
Post roll out courtesy call
3 month nurture program of all on-boarded merchants

Administration
Weekly GCRS Sales Report compilation
Onboarding and training of merchants utilizing Direct Rewards
Fulfill all merchant pinless airtime/data requests
Manage GCRS internal pinless airtime/data account and fulfill employee direct top up requests
Assist with ADHOC queries received from Regional Agents (product training and distribution of product selling stories, agreements and proposals
Ensure all devices are collected and received from non-trading merchants
Generate new business leads to include POS companies, retail chains, aggregators, financial institutions.
