Specification
Promotes coffee by educating customers on the variety of coffee's available, selling coffee and supplies, preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, along with serving food and dessert items.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for front of house service and for coffee bar.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the coffee bar.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications.

Coffee preparation and customer service
Welcomes customers and determines their coffee interests and needs.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino.
Ensures good standards of customer service are followed and always improving on this service to meet customers needs.
Will be reintroducing the trolley sales in 75 Grayston

Knowledge Updates
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications.
