Industries Logistics
•Basic cashbook functions
•Monthly cashbook reconciliation
•Purchase order processing
•Processing of payments and submission for final approval
•Monthly invoicing and distributing of statements
•Allocating of receipts against debtors accounts
•Reviewing of monthly creditor’s reconciliation and payments
•Assisting with basic month end recons
•Various ad-hoc finance clerk duties
•General administrative duties
•Minimum grade 12 matric certificate
•Payroll and Finance qualification preferable
•Minimum 2- 4 years payroll and finance experience
•Computer literacy to advanced level and ability to adapt to technology
•Financial interpretation essential
•Problem solving skills
•Interpersonal skills
•Ability to work under pressure and to meet required deadlines
•Ability to work outside normal working hours as and when required
•Ability to communicate on all levels – both internally and externally
•Ability to work unsupervised with no micro-managing
•Presentable and of a professional manner at all times
•A high degree of integrity and confidentiality
•Excellent time management and administrative skills
•Attention to detail, accuracy and meticulous in nature
•Own transport to and from work
