Reporting to the Legal Services Manager, the successful candidate will provide legal support, advice and guidance to all the SANSA programmes.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Ensuring compliance of the Supply Chain Management process
• Ensuring legal compliance of all SANSA contracts
• Providing general Legal Advisory services to all SANSA.

Background verification, including criminal record, credit checks, security clearances, qualification and citizenship checks as well as competency assessment and psychometric testing, may form part of the selection process.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A LLB Degree.
• Admission as a Legal Practitioner with the Legal Practice Council (LPC)
• A minimum of 5 years post admission experience in a similar role
• Experience in drafting and vetting contractual agreements and good knowledge of supply chain management process with the public sector or public entity.
