Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Supervisor in our Sales Department at Barron reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager. The position is based at our Modderfontein Offices, Westlake in Johannesburg.

Specification
The purpose of the Sales Supervisor is to achieve sales targets through the effective management of an inbound sales team.
Requirements
JOB OBJECTIVES

Achievement of sales objectives and targets
•Responsible for the effective communication of sales targets and tracking and monitoring team member performance accordingly
•Implement sales improvement plans and monitor effectiveness of the plan
•Resolve escalated customer concerns / challenges
•Escalate unresolved concerns/ challenges to Inbound Sales Manager

Customer Experience
•Monitor the team’s customer interaction and verify whether it is aligned with company standards
•Intervene where required

Staff Supervision
•Responsible for effective management of human resources through the implementation of performance management,
development, corrective action and leave management

Qualifications/Education
NQF 4Matric or Equivalent: Essential
