RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

-Co-ordinate FAIS related training according to annual training programme.
-Arrange training venues, equipment, traveling and accommodation.
-Administer claims and claims process pertaining to training venues, equipment, traveling and accommodation.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on FAIS related training coordination and administrative processes.
-Administer study loans and study loan processes according to prescribed requirements.
-Administer FAIS related training enquiries.
-Order and manage stationary.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

-Grade 12.
-A relevant HR Tertiary qualification or Long Term Insurance qualification will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

-Experience in event or training coordination.
-2 – 3 Years office administration (claim processing will be an advantage).

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

-Intermediate MS Office (Excel, email, Internet, PowerPoint, Access)
-FAIS knowledge.
-Knowledge on the training environment.


COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

-Planning and organisational skills.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be able to type own documents accurately.
-Demonstrate high level of numeracy and accuracy.
