To actively seek out and engage customer prospects. They will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability
Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
Sell products and services directly to customers while following standard protocols. May also or alternatively involve providing back-office support to a sales team.
Budgeting and Costing
Carry out tasks as part of the budgeting process.
Analyse Market Trends
Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
New Business Development
Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region and produce reports that will assist management in formulating strategy and identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.
Insights and Reporting
Set and lead execution of the data and analytics reporting plan, creating strategies and templates to report data in a meaningful way. Create, present, and communicate high-impact data and analytics insights and recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.
