Introduction
The Commercial Customer Care Consultant contributes to the organisation’s goals by servicing & retaining customers/brokers through handling all inbound, outbound & email requests. These customer/broker requests are related to policy amendments, enquiries, complaints, policy reviews and cancellation requests. In contribution to the Business Insurance and Telesure strategy, the role will strategically contribute to retention of customers, improved customer service and effective management of policies, thereby improving premium collection and overall profitability

o Convince Customers to re-activate their existing policies
o Articulate the customer needs in the customer's business language and business context.

Requirements
Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4)
RE compliance.
FAIS Qualification
3 or more years Contact Centre Experience (Essential);
1 year Retention experience (Essential);
1 year Short Term Insurance experience (Essential);
Experience in Commercial Insurance (Advantageous
