Specification | The duties will include but are not limited to: •Ensure compliance to safe operating standards in the warehousing operations and coordinate continued job and risk control verifications to ensure a safe work environment •Manage the ordering, storage and distribution of bulk fuel and lubes including facilitating the maintenance and repairs of bulk storage facilities •Manages all Warehouse Administrator personnel ensuring the effective receiving, binning, stacking, picking, issuing, and dispatching of goods •Support the distribution of operational requirements through effective staging as per agreed standard •Monitor and report on all Warehouse activities •Responsible for good housekeeping practices in the warehouse and yards as per the relevant guidelines and procedures •Manage accurate system processing as per Warehouse standard in support of good stock control •Coordinate on time provision of materials for planned and scheduled work •Manages the maintenance requirements of Warehouse infrastructure and equipment |
