A once in a lifetime opportunity has become available within our Merchandise & Planning Solutions team for a
graduate that is passionate, agile & a quick learner.
The successful candidate will form part of a team that ensures that the PEP Merchandise & Planning
department’s systems and business processes are implemented to incorporate industry standards and best
practices and to provide business process and technology support to users.
Job Functions Information Technology
Industries Retail

As a Graduate you will be exposed to the following:
Support existing business processes and systems.
Testing and implementation of new developments and system changes.
Systems user support and problem analysis.
Assist with ad hoc report requirements from Business (specifications).
Assist to create & maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
Planning and prioritisation of backlogs.
Business Process Design & prototyping – functional requirements
Process analysis, problem solving and documentation
Facilitation of cross-functional meetings & workshops (exposure)
Basic Project Management capabilities – tracking, documentation & communication
Brainstorm and propose new developments and changes to business processes and technology (system improvements)

Be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research ,

0 - 1 year working experience
Willingness to travel
Driver’s licence (advantageous)
Intermediate level of computer skills (Google Suite or Microsoft Office)
Competencies required: Analytical, systematic, detail orientated, assertive, driven, excellent communication and time management skills, good presentation skills, team player, can cope with periods of high stress and take initiative
