Specification
1.1.Technical support to dealers
1.1.1.Supporting dealers with technical issues that might arise from time to time.
1.1.2.Dealer visits to maintain and share product knowledge.
1.1.3.Deal with warrantee issues.
1.1.4.After sale support in and out of warrantee.

1.2.Spare parts marketing
1.2.1.Marketing of spare parts to dealers.
1.2.2.Maintaining dealer stock levels.
1.2.3.Recommending spares and critical spare parts.
1.2.4.Increase spare part sales through workshops.

1.3.Training to Dealer and Jupidex personnel
1.3.1.Arrange, manage, and conduct training to dealers and Jupidex personnel.
1.3.2.Assure that training is accurate and relevant.

1.4.Attending demo/farmer days
1.4.1.Promoting spare sales on demo days.
1.4.2.Liaison with customers and selling of new machines.
1.4.3.Promoting the Jupidex brand.
1.5.Commissioning new machines.
1.5.1.Assist dealers and product leads to commission new machines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Post Matric Certificate (Essential)
Diploma in Agriculture (Essential)
NQF L6 - First Degrees / Higher Diplomas (Essential)
Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing
BCom Marketing Management
NQF L7 - Higher Degrees / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management
