RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Managing the skills development portfolio for pre and post application with SETA’s.
Implement and coordinate the skills development process.
Consolidation of reports on the skills development programmes.
Provide financial control, by checking expenditure reports by INSETA and Services Seta funding.
Design and manage the quality assurance system and be a point of contact between
business and the SETAs.
Engage in continuous development of occupational expertise.
Compiling AVBOB’s internal training statistics.
Capture, consolidate the WSP/ATR, BBBEE and social ethics report and ensure that it complies with the requirements of the SETA, BEESA and AVBOB.
Implement and coordinate the skills development process and introduce the skills development framework.
Identify and analyse problem areas regarding implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP).
Engage in continuous development of occupational expertise.
Compiling AVBOB’s internal training statistics.
Liaise with the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s), in the interest of company.
Proficiency in relevant legislation such as: SAQA Act, EEA, SDA,,SDLA and BBBEE
Supervise, coach, mentor team’s performance.
Promote learning culture in the company by implementing interventions, alignment of internal programmes to support EE, BBBEE, and development of employees.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

Relevant HR Qualification.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

5 Years SDF experience.
2 Years experience as a general HR practitioner.
3 Years practical experience in HR.
2 Years practical experience of HR systems and software
