Specification
Responsible for planning and executing initiatives in line with the organisation's socio-economic development efforts. Incumbent will be required to work closely with the leadership teams across all subsidiaries. To be responsible for creating and implementing an approach to CSI that complements Blue Label Telecoms' business strategy in the areas of corporate responsibility and employee volunteerism as well as be responsible for projecting Blue Label Telecoms as an involved, responsible and forward-thinking corporate citizen. Support the Trust Blu Foundation in identifying the long-term partnerships with charity and community programs to ensure that they benefit the local communities as well as the organisational objectives.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Social Investment Roadmap
Develop an effective CSI roadmap from the over-arching strategy, encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSI targets.
Collaborate with Leadership across subsidiaries to identify initiatives and programmes that align to CSI strategy and roadmap.
Establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employees in initiatives contributing to the CSI roadmap.
Ensure understanding of industry standards for measurement and establish CSI performance indicators to bring the organisation in line.
Effectively drive complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to achieve objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement
Engage internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSI Champions within the organisation.
Establish socio-economic development partnership programmes and develop relationships with key business contacts.
Managing relationships, networks and teams representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries.
Represent Blue Label Telecoms and act as the main point of contact for the organisation and its subsidiaries in the community.
Ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSI targets and performance.
Participate in the We Lead with Purpose Committee and provide advisory support to members and assistance in delivering on initiatives.

Administration
Work with Internal Communications, Marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling.
Driving budget and monitoring spend to deliver results in line with planned objectives.
Develop monthly CSI reports that provides clear tracking of progress on strategy, delivery and performance.

EDUCATION

Matric
Post graduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or similar

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 year's experience in a similar role.
Understanding and knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility industry.
Proven experience of community volunteering.
Previous CSI experience within a corporate environment.
