The candidate will be responsible to support the management team with specific administration tasks to assist in the smooth running of operations.

Key deliverables and outputs
oPre-check and process all trip envelopes on MAX
Daily collection of documents and verifying all information
Preparation of POD’s as per SLA
Communication of POD’s to customers as per SLA
oPreparing the monthly debtors schedule for month-end
Reconciling all trips done per customer and preparing for invoicing
oProcess cash request (money orders) for vehicles travelling outside of SA
Reconciling money orders on an ad hoc basis
oUpdate loss and gain schedule on a daily basis
Data capturing of daily deliveries
oDaily Update of delivery reports
Providing customers with daily delivery schedule
Sending proof of deliveries to all customers
oSupervising capturing of driver wages on a monthly basis
Ensure all wages are captured correctly before submission to HR
oScheduling all drivers for annual training prior to expiry of certificates
oUpdate of training matrix
oFiling and maintenance of all training records
•Vehicle documentation control
oCollection and administration of documents of all vehicles
Meter calibration certificates
oPreparation of documentation for vehicles travelling outside of South Africa.
oCapturing of figures and reconciliation for customer schedule used for invoicing.
•Adherence to the company’s Road Traffic Safety Management System (RTS ms).
•Matric / Grade 12
•2 - 3 years’ experience in an admin environment.
•Debtors experience an added advantage
•Computer literacy ( Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•Relevant tertiary qualification in transportation/logistics/business management
•Experience in the Logistics industry
•Knowledge of the NBCRFLI Main Agreement
•Ability to coach and work with people
