Job Functions Sales
Industries Telecommunications
Implement and execute sales training activities to monitor and improve standards of performance of the sales force.

Product Training
Help to prepare product training for specific technical areas following precedents and established procedures; run small training programs (or pieces of larger training programs) for specific areas using prepared content and working under the supervision of senior colleagues.

Learning Needs Analysis
Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels.

Internal Client Relationship Management
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.

Continuous Improvement
Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
Search for possible venues in order to host training sessions for the U-Belong learners
Interview and recruit learners for the Learnership programme
Identify possible Supervisors to join the U-Belong team to manage the learners.
Development of the activities for operational support structure. National roll out of projects to be managed from end to end.
Have a full understanding of the TNT Tenant system and provide training to Supervisors where needed.
Managing the delivery of training and development programs implemented by the company to U-Belong Agents and Supervisors.

Information and Business Advice
Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.

Work Scheduling and Allocation
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.

Prioritise own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.

General Experience
