Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity at Barron for a Relationship Manager who will report to the Area Sales Manager (Rest of Africa). This position is based at our offices in Botswana Central.

Specification
The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company’s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customized solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories

Job Objectives
Proactive relationship building
Responsible for understanding customer’s business and identifying and preparing solutions that are catered for them
Provide training on products and website platforms according to customer needs
Entertain customers from time to time
Networking & Marketing Campaigns
Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customer to identify marketing opportunities
Meet with customer to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the customer into a new loyalty program level
Conduct check-ins with customers whose spend is declining to establish the reason and to assist where possible
Customer Analysis (Reporting) & Complaints
Weekly reporting on Churn, YTD spend, monthly spend and activity report
Resolve complaints or escalate
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
NQF 4Matric or Equivalent
NQF 6Marketing/ Business Administration
2-3 years’ experience in Commissionable Sales
3-5 years’ experience in business to business selling
