The primary focus of the role is to make various types of reservations for clients/members. This includes International and/or Local bookings and Travel related bookings (such as flights, cruises and car hire). This is accomplished by handling queries via phone, email or face to face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes which will ensure the achievement of multiple individual, team and departmental goals across a multitude of product lines.
Key Performance Areas:
•Manage all travel related requests. Such services include but are not limited to:
•Attend to international/local reservation and banking requests which include but are not limited to:
oFlexi or fixed timeshare bookings
•Attend to all Lifestyle Services requests.
•Address queries via phone, email or face to face consultation.
•Perform additional duties as assigned including but not limited to Member Services.
•Provide after-hours support, when required.
•Galileo certification (or attend required training)
•Current Travel Experience and a Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, in a travel services environment
•Highly computer literate
•Preference will be given to individuals who has an EAAB Estate Agent qualification
•An individual that is a self-motivated to achieve sales targets
•A service orientated approach
•Competitive & Dynamic
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.
