To act as a first point of contact with MTC customers and provides excellent customer service, attends to
customer complaints and request, understands and promotes MTC products and services.
•Sales of handsets and cellular accessories.
•Handling of customer queries and customer related issues.
•Handling of contract and data sales, account payments, phone settings.
•Recording of cash and Bank takings, and issuing of receipts.
•Cash-up and daily reconciliation.
•Customer training and support of handsets, and MTC products & services.
•Creates sales opportunities with MTC customers to achieve sales targets.
•Grade 12 with 25 points (Strong requirement, No exceptions)
•Relevant Diploma in marketing, sales, customer service,business administration will be an added advantage
•+/- 2 – 4 years 1st line customer contact/relations, sales experience & familiar with technology accessories (compulsory)
•Must be a team player, detail oriented and accurate, patient with a helpful disposition
•Must be focused and be able to function well in stressful environment.
•Must be fully computer literate.
•Must be a Namibian citizenship or have permanent residency.
•Must be in Possession of a valid driver’s license (compulsory).
•Preference will be given to residents from Nkurenkuru.
