ROLE SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible for to perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end-users and customers. Working under supervision, help desk technicians receive calls and enquiries; provide support in accordance with processes and document incidents and remedies. Escalate complex incidents to second level support personnel. Install and configure computers and systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelors degree in computer related discipline such as computer science, computer software/computer systems engineering, computer systems and networks,network security management ect.
•A good grasp of communication protocol ( mainly TCP/IP )
•Strong familiarity with control models and system security.
•Strong understanding of system working frameworks.
•Attention to detail and strong ability to detect network issues quickly.
•Capacity to work independently or with little supervision.
•Ability to understand managements business and industry needs and specialised requests.
•Organisational aptitudes and the capacity to organize workload.
•Relevant work experience in a similar role.
