Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager position reporting to the Area Sales Manager (Rest of Africa). The position is based at our Namibia Region.

Specification
The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company’s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customised solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories.

Job Objectives:

Proactive relationship building

Responsible for understanding customer’s business and identifying and preparing solutions that are catered for them
Provide training on products and website platforms according to customer needs
Entertain customers from time to time
Networking & Marketing Campaigns

Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customer to identify marketing opportunities
Meet with customer to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the customer into a new loyalty program level
Conduct check-ins with customers that are spending less than they normally do to establish the reason and to assist where possible

Customer Analysis (Reporting) & Complaints

Weekly reporting on Churn, YTD spend, monthly spend and activity report
Resolve complaints or escalate
Requirements
Qualifications

NQF 4 Matric or Equivalent (Essential)
NQF 6 in Marketing (Desirabled)

Experience
3-5 years’ Business to business selling experience
2-3 years Commissionable sales experience
