RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

A.Retrieve incoming emails in the [email protected] address
•Distribute all incoming correspondence via email.
•Forward correspondence to the relevant department if not intended for Premium Admin.
•Task must be done throughout the day.

B.Stop Order Correspondence
•Sorting and capturing daily stop order correspondence and policy information appearing on discrepancy reports by 10h00 every day.

C.Capture and distribute post for Stop Order Department
•Assisting the Senior Clerk with capturing and distributing the daily post to the relevant Department.

D.Retrieve incoming emails on [email protected] address
•Distribute all incoming email on [email protected] as well as faxes throughout the day to the relevant Department.

E.Work desk (Work Flow)
•Save and distribute all incoming correspondence throughout the day.

F.General all around services rendered in the Department
•Deliver beverages for meeting, order stationary, complete Job Cards, collect and deliver documents.

G.Filing of schedules daily and archiving of schedules every 3 – 6 months.



Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

•Grade 12

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

•1 – 2 Years relevant experience (Long Term Insurance will be an advantage)

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

•Good communication skills.
•Attention to detail.
•Computer literate (MS Office/ MS Excel).
•Good interpersonal skills.
•Be client friendly and service orientated.
