Background:
The Coca Cola Foundation (TCCF) is supporting two large scale projects within the WWF SA Sustainable Agriculture and Land Reform & Biodiversity Stewardship portfolios of work for the 2022-2024 period, both with the overarching goal of watershed protection and restoration. The one project site is within Groenland catchment of the Boland strategic water source area and is partnering with landowners, water users and local alien vegetation clearing operators within this landscape to implement regenerative practices and support the development of biomass value chains as part of the catchment restoration project. The second project area is within the Enkangala Grassland project area (spanning three provinces – KZN, Mpumalanga and Eastern Cape) with a priority focus on engaging with the rural communities to achieve effective protection of strategic water source areas in these biodiversity rich high-altitude grasslands.
This position will report to the Sustainable Agriculture Programme manager with input from the Land Reform and Biodiversity Stewardship Programme manager on the project management aspects, as well as the Finance manager on the WWF process and financial management systems.

WWF South Africa is seeking a suitably qualified and technically experienced person to fulfil the accounting and grant management duties required for the two Coca-Cola Foundation-funded programmes. The position will be based out of the Stellenbosch office with flexible in-office requirements. This is a 2-year contract position with the possibility of extension.
