We are looking for a well experienced and qualified Finance Business Partner located in Xinavane in the Maputo Province

The business partner manager role is critical in the newly structured finance leadership team. The incumbent is expected to work closely with the financial manager and the finance teams in partnership with teams across the organisation, in taking responsibility to optimise financial systems, financial management processes as well as financial reporting structures. This will be done through providing input into business strategies and assisting with the effective execution thereof. In doing so, this role ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements such as the Companies Act and other relevant Acts in the various countries in which the company operates

A relevant tertiary and post graduate qualification in accounting, business administration, or management
• At least 5-10 years’ experience with a proven track record in a similar environment.
• Experienced change leader, including focus on people and process improvement.
• Culturally aware and able to adapt leadership style in any situation.
• Ability to work in a senior cross functional Business unit team
• Demonstrable track record in leading and implementing substantial cost/revenue and value improvement projects
• A high degree of integrity is required
• The ability to travel extensively
