The incumbent for this role will be required to plan, set and achieve sales targets of Fundi products and services with a regional focus. Promote the Fundi Brand.

Establish the sales plan, set and achieve sales targets across agreed product/service offering for the region
Sell solutions of all products and services of Fundi
Follow up on application status
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are met both on the rand value and units
100% Utilization of electronic means / systems to ensure students use the new ways of doing business
Ensuring client satisfaction at all times
Provide constant feedback to customers on their application
Ensure Customer Service Index grow with minimum of 10 points
Continuously mine areas of opportunities and analyze data bases to achieve targets
Pro-active planning of events
Understanding of local areas and business opportunities
Arrange meetings
Deliver on the new business opportunities
Report changes in market place immediately to NBM: Market trends, Products, Rates
Keep up to date with what’s happening within the market place.
Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders in order to achieve sales targets: Gov. Departments, Municipalities, Unions, FET’s, Business Entities, Police stations, Colleges, Schools, Areas of new opportunities, Administer and monitor sales effectiveness and establish new business.
Ensure administration systems are in place to track and report on progress of achieving sales targets and business development activity.
Stakeholder data base maintained.
Minimum: Grade 12
Certificate: Business Management/Sales or related discipline
Advantage: Diploma/Degree
At least 3 years’ of experience in Sales environment
