Introduction
To provide effective assistance to clients and to the external sales representative through outstanding service to all through the achievement and control of the sales function by achieving sales targets.

Specification
•Processing of all orders on the system timeously and accurately.
•Controlling the progress of all sales enquiries through to a successful sale.
•Attending to walk-in, telephonic and other sales enquiries timeously.
•Providing an effective arm to the external sales representative.
•Compliance with all company processes and policies and ensuring these are followed correctly.
•Shouldering the responsibility of accurate order input.
•Managing & controlling the progress of sales enquiries through to a successful sale
•Controlling all aspects of customer relationship management to your respective portfolio and maintaining sound relationships with existing clients.
•Assistance in achieving company budgets.
•Follow ups on production and transport to ensure order is dispatched timeously as per customer needs.
•Portraying the Safintra brand of Service, quality and integrity.
•Providing assistance to finance department in respect of collections.
•Communicating and assistance in resolving customer complaints.
•Effective use of Navision.
•Attendance in and participation of stock takes, conference attendance and training sessions.
•Any other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric)
General work experience (years): 2 Years Finance Experience
Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): At least 2 years' experience in relevant field
Industry: Sound knowledge of the industry / production processes of the business.

•Navision experience advantageous
